Katherine is the national director of 10,000 Small Businesses, a program designed to unlock the growth and job-creation potential of 10,000 small businesses across the United States and United Kingdom through greater access to business education, financial capital and business support services. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2010 as a vice president and was named managing director in 2015.
Prior to joining the firm, Katherine was the director for organizational development and effectiveness at ONE, a grassroots campaign and advocacy organization focused on reducing extreme poverty and preventable disease. Before that, she was a manager in the government practice at Accenture.
Katherine earned a BA in English, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond.
